The 4th Quarter Foundation steps up in the clutch moments of life, creating game-changing opportunities that empower individuals, strengthen communities, and support institutions with limited resources focused in North Carolina (Charlotte & Winston-Salem).
Through financial assistance, educational programming, health and wellness initiatives, and strategic partnerships, we take an individualized, client-centered approach to addressing the unique needs of youth, students, veterans, and underserved communities.
Our mission is to equip those we serve with the resources, opportunities, and support needed to overcome challenges, achieve their goals, and finish strong.

Project E.A.R.N
Northridge Middle School | 2026–2027
Through Project E.A.R.N., The 4th Quarter Foundation is working to expand opportunities for students through exposure, access, resources, and networking. The initiative brings together educational and community partners to support mentorship, literacy, career exploration, technology, and student development.
The Northridge initiative has also received sponsorship support from the Coalition of Juvenile Justice.
